Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Banner University Medical Group is seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to join our Primary Care teams across multiple clinics in the Greater Tucson area. This opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volumes, and strong physician collaboration in a supportive, team-based environment.

Available Locations

• Sahuarita – 15 miles south of Tucson
• Marana / Northwest Tucson
• East Tucson (Houghton Road area)

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends
• Manageable patient volumes: approximately 12–20 patients per day
• Rotating call: ~1 in 10 weeks
• Independent practice with physician collaboration
• Consistent, supportive team environment
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Qualifications

• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active Arizona NP license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA with prescriptive authority
• CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications
• Prior primary care experience required
