Call for Nominations

Per our AZ GAPNA bylaws, the board is calling for nominations tor the following board positions.  Please submit names of any interested party who would like to be nominated to serve on the AZ GAPNA board  by May 8, 2014 to michele.riep@optum.com.  We will post the nominations to our website at that time.  Elections will be done electronically during the week of May 18th.  You will be sent the link allowing you to vote during the voting period.  New board member terms will become effective June 1, 2015. 

POSITIONS OPEN FOR ELECTION:

     President-Elect  (1 year term & then advance to President position the following year)

     Treasurer (2 year term)

     Programing (2 year term)  

     Membership Chair  (1 year term)

     Member-at-Large (2 year term)
